These Terms & Conditions of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Influencer Verified website, platform, interfaces, assessments, verification workflows, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by RealFluencers LLC (“Influencer Verified,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Service, registering an account, signing in through email or a third-party login provider, linking a profile, completing an assessment, scheduling or attending an interview, uploading documents, making a payment, clicking to accept, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Notice, which describes how personal data is processed in connection with the Service.

For purposes of these Terms:
“Applicant” means any individual who applies for, initiates, purchases, or undergoes a verification process through the Service.“Solicitante” significa cualquier persona natural que solicite, inicie, compre o se someta a un proceso de verificación a través del Servicio.
“Badge” or “Seal” means any visual or digital status marker, indicator, or display element issued by Influencer Verified in connection with a Verification Outcome.
“Client” or “Partner” means a brand, agency, platform, representative, or business user that engages with the Service, including by requesting, sponsoring, reviewing, or relying on a verification process.
“Platform” means the website, app, dashboard, onboarding forms, upload tools, and related interfaces used to access the Service.
“Profile” means any social media account, creator page, channel, or online identity submitted, linked, or reviewed in connection with the Service.
“Submitted Materials” means any document, file, image, link, statement, response, recommendation, credential, record, or other content uploaded, submitted, transmitted, or otherwise made available by the Applicant or on the Applicant’s behalf.
“Verification Outcome” means any result, status, level, decision, summary, report, or other output issued by Influencer Verified in connection with a review process, including but not limited to verified, pending, incomplete, under review, not verified, expired, suspended, or revoked.
You may use the Service only if:
a. you are at least 18 years old, unless Influencer Verified expressly offers a separate and specific workflow for minors under parental, guardian, or representative authorization;
b. you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
c. all information you provide in connection with the Service is truthful, current, complete, and not misleading.
If you use the Service on behalf of an agency, company, represented creator, or other third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
Influencer Verified may deny access to the Service, suspend any account, or reject any application if we reasonably believe that an Applicant does not satisfy the eligibility requirements.
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account or sign in through email or a supported third-party login provider. The onboarding flow may include account creation, identity and contact fields, and profile-linking steps.
You agree to:
a. provide accurate registration and account information;
b. keep your login credentials confidential;
c. promptly update inaccurate or outdated account information; and
d. notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use of your account.
You may not:
a. share credentials or permit unauthorized persons to use your account;
b. impersonate another person or entity;
c. create an account using false or misleading identity information; or
d. access or attempt to access accounts, systems, or information you are not authorized to access.
Influencer Verified may suspend or restrict access to any account that appears compromised, fraudulent, or used in violation of these Terms.
Influencer Verified provides a structured professional review and verification service for individuals participating in the influencer marketing ecosystem.
Depending on the package, workflow, number of linked profiles, jurisdiction, risk indicators, and operational needs, the Service may include some or all of the following:
a. account registration or social sign-in;
b. collection of profile and contact information;
c. linking one or more social media profiles;
d. review of public-facing information relating to submitted profiles;
e. questionnaires, assessments, or psychometric-style tools;
f. interview scheduling and interview participation;
g. payment processing;
h. upload and review of supporting documents;
i. internal consistency checks, fraud review, scoring support, and reviewer analysis; and
j. issuance of a Verification Outcome, Badge, report, status, or summary.
Not every Applicant will go through every stage, and Influencer Verified may modify, sequence, expand, reduce, or repeat stages of the workflow were reasonably necessary.
Applying, creating an account, linking Profiles, completing an assessment, attending an interview, uploading Submitted Materials, or paying a fee does not guarantee that you will receive a favorable Verification Outcome.
Influencer Verified may:
a. request additional information;
b. ask for clarification or supplementary documentation;
c. place an application on hold;
d. issue an incomplete or pending status; or
e. determine that the Applicant does not qualify for a favorable Verification Outcome.
You represent and warrant that:
a. all information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete;
b. you own, control, or are lawfully authorized to submit each Profile you link for review;
c. you have the legal right to submit all Submitted Materials and any personal data, references, or third-party information provided through the Service;
d. you will not submit forged, manipulated, fabricated, deceptive, or materially incomplete information;
e. you will not omit any material fact that would likely affect the review process; and
f. your use of the Service does not violate applicable law, third-party rights, platform rules, contractual duties, or regulatory obligations applicable to you.
Influencer Verified may rely on the information and materials you submit unless we determine, in our discretion, that further verification is required.
The Service may require or permit you to submit and link one or more Profiles for review. The onboarding flow expressly contemplates linking social media profiles and may vary pricing depending on the number of Profiles included.
By linking a Profile, you authorize Influencer Verified to review information reasonably connected to that Profile, including publicly available profile information, public-facing content, profile metadata, observable engagement signals, professional positioning, and other reputation-related indicators relevant to the review methodology.
You acknowledge that public information may be incomplete, inaccurate, manipulated, or outdated, and that Influencer Verified may consider such limitations when conducting a review.
The Service may include questionnaires, structured review tools, psychometric-style instruments, interviews, or a combination of them.The product flow expressly includes a Big Five-style assessment and an interview stage.
You agree that:
a. all responses must be provided honestly and in good faith;
b. you will personally complete the assessment and interview unless Influencer Verified expressly authorizes otherwise;
c. you will not manipulate, coach, game, outsource, falsify, or otherwise distort the evaluation process; and
d. failure to cooperate may result in delay, rejection, suspension, or closure of your application.
Influencer Verified may invalidate an assessment, reschedule or cancel an interview, or require repetition of a step if we reasonably detect inconsistency, fraud risk, technical failure, or abnormal behavior.
Where disclosed and legally permitted, interviews may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, documented, or reviewed for verification, quality control, consistency, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and internal audit purposes.
The Service may allow or require you to upload or submit materials such as work history, recommendations, credentials, ethics-related statements, social responsibility materials, images, links, and other supporting records. The workflow shown in the file includes documentary categories such as labor history, labor recommendations, professional credentials, ethical values, and social/environmental responsibility.
You retain ownership of your Submitted Materials, subject to any third-party rights that may apply.
By submitting any Submitted Materials, you grant Influencer Verified a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce internally, review, analyze, compare, summarize, and use such materials solely to:
a. operate the Service;
b. conduct and document the verification workflow;
c. evaluate the accuracy, consistency, and sufficiency of the information provided;
d. support interviews, assessments, fraud prevention, audit, and dispute handling; and
e. generate and maintain Verification Outcomes and related internal records.
This license ends when the materials are no longer reasonably necessary for the above purposes, subject to retention required by law, audit, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform integrity.
If you submit information about employers, clients, collaborators, references, recommenders, representatives, or any other third party, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful right to provide that information for purposes related to the Service.
You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of any third-party information you submit.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Influencer Verified from third-party claims arising out of your unlawful or unauthorized submission of third-party data or materials.
Certain aspects of the Service are paid services. The flow provided shows a price-based progression and states that payment must be made before scheduling the interview.
Applicable fees will be displayed before payment and may vary depending on factors such as:
a. selected package or service tier;
b. number of linked Profiles;
c. optional features or add-ons;
d. taxes, transaction costs, or currency; and
e. jurisdiction-specific requirements.
You agree to pay all applicable fees presented at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise:
a. fees are due at the time indicated in the checkout or workflow;
b. payment may be a condition to continuing to later stages of the process; and;
c. all payments must be made through authorized payment methods and processors made available by Influencer Verified or its designated providers.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, withholding, exchange charges, or similar amounts applicable to your purchase, except taxes imposed on Influencer Verified’s net income.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing for a specific package, fees paid for the Service are generally tied to the initiation and allocation of review resources and may be non-refundable once the review process has materially begun.
Influencer Verified may, in its discretion, define different refund rules by package, stage, or product design, including rules for:
a. cancellations before interview scheduling;
b. cancellations after scheduling but before interview completion;
c. Applicant no-show or repeated rescheduling;
d. incomplete documentary submissions;
e. duplicate or mistaken charges; and
f. technical failures attributable to the Service.
If a payment is reversed, challenged, charged back, or flagged as potentially unauthorized or fraudulent, Influencer Verified may suspend the corresponding application, account, Badge, or Verification Outcome pending review.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
Where the Service includes an interview or scheduled interaction, Influencer Verified may provide scheduling instructions through the Platform, by email, or through another designated channel.
You are responsible for:
a. monitoring the contact channels you provided;
b. responding within the time indicated;
c. attending scheduled appointments on time; and
d. completing required steps within the applicable service window.
Influencer Verified may establish reasonable limits on rescheduling requests, inactivity periods, expiration windows, or deadlines for completing required stages.
If you fail to complete the required steps within the applicable timeframe, Influencer Verified may mark your application as inactive, incomplete, expired, or closed.
Influencer Verified may issue one or more Verification Results in connection with your request, including, without limitation:
a. verified;
b. pending;
c. incomplete;
d. under review;
e. not verified;
f. suspended;
g. revoked;
h. expired; or
i. other functionally similar designation.
Influencer Verified will also be able to generate or display related products such as a Badge, summary, scoring support, reviewer note, category indicator, status page or report.
The form, terminology, presentation, scope and visibility of any Verification Results shall be determined by Influencer Verified in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law and any specific product commitments expressly entered into in writing.
If Influencer Verified grants you a Badge or Seal, you receive only limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable authorization to display it strictly as authorized by Influencer Verified.
You will not be able to:

You may not:
a. alter, distort, edit, rebrand, or misrepresent the Badge or Seal;
b. sublicense, assign, sell, lease, or transfer any right to display it;
c. use it after suspension, revocation, expiration, or withdrawal;
d. display it in a misleading context; or
e. imply that the Badge or Seal constitutes legal certification, future conduct assurance, platform endorsement, commercial guarantee, or regulatory approval beyond the actual scope of the Verification Outcome.
Influencer Verified may issue additional badge usage rules, display guidelines, technical requirements or branding instructions, which shall become part of these Terms if made available to you.
Influencer Verified provides a professional assessment and a limited, trust-oriented product based on methodology, materials, interviews, profile reviews and information available at the time of the review.
A Verification Result, Badge, Seal, report or status:
a. is not a guarantee of future conduct or behavior;
b. is not a guarantee of future legal, ethical, regulatory or contractual compliance;
c. is not a guarantee of business performance, influence, audience quality or business results;
d. is not a guarantee of brand safety in all circumstances; and
e. does not constitute a guarantee that misconduct, disputes, deception, penalties or reputational issues will not subsequently arise.
f. does not engage any joint and several liability of the platform or the trademark for legal effects arising from influencer misconduct.
Verification is a limited sign of trust and constitutes an added reputational value, not an insurance product, a legal opinion, a certification of future results or an irrevocable endorsement of the maintenance of good practices in the exercise of influencer marketing activities.
Influencer Verified may reject an application, suspend an account, revoke a Badge, modify a Verification Result or terminate access to the Service if it reasonably determines that:
a. you breached these Terms;
b. you provided false, manipulated or materially misleading information;
c. you omitted material information;
d. you engaged in impersonation, fraud, deceit or abuse;
e. you manipulated metrics, assessments, interviews or review signals;
f. you failed to cooperate with reasonable review requests; g. there are legal, reputational, security or integrity concerns that warrant intervention; h. continued access creates operational or compliance risk; or failed to cooperate with reasonable requests for review;
g. there are legal, reputational, security or integrity concerns that justify intervention;
h. continued access creates operational or compliance risk; or
i. applicable law, platform integrity or third party rights require such action.
Suspension, revocation or termination may occur with or without notice when reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the Service, users, partners or the public.
You may not use the Service to:
a. impersonate any person or entity;
b. provide falsified, altered, fabricated, misleading or stolen materials;
c. submit a Profile that you do not own or control without authorization;
d. tamper or attempt to tamper with assessments, interviews or review processes;
e. scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, alter or interfere with the Platform or related systems;
f. use bots, scripts or automations to circumvent flows or controls; g. infringe intellectual property, privacy, advertising, publicity, publicity or other third party rights; h. harass, abuse, threaten, abuse, threaten or interfere with the Platform or related systems; use bots, scripts or automations to circumvent flows or controls;
g. infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of third parties;
h. harass, abuse, threaten or defraud any person in connection with the Service; or
i. use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, exploitative or abusive purposes.
All right, title and interest in and to the Platform, the Service, streams, designs, software, content, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, compilations, methodologies and other proprietary materials, excluding Submitted Materials belonging to users or third parties, are and shall remain the property of Influencer Verified or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service or any intellectual property rights of Influencer Verified, except for the limited right to use the Service and, where applicable, to display a Badge authorized pursuant to Section 17.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, adapt, modify, create derivative works, publicly display or commercially exploit any part of the Service, except with express written permission from Influencer Verified.
Personal data processed in connection with the Service is handled in accordance with the Privacy Notice made available by Influencer Verified.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Notice.
Where additional consent is required by law for sensitive, biometric, identity verification or similar steps, such consent may be sought separately through the Platform or other designated mechanism.
The Service may be supported by or integrated with third party technologies, platforms or providers, including, but not limited to:
a. login providers;
b. payment processors;
c. cloud or hosting providers;
d. analytics or anti-fraud tools;
e. communication or programming tools;
f. identity verification providers; and
g. public social networking or online platforms.
Influencer Verified is not responsible for acts, omissions, policies, content, crashes or independent practices of third party services, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Your use of certain third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies of those providers.
Influencer Verified may modify, suspend, discontinue, interrupt, discontinue or update any aspect of the Service at any time, including flows, interfaces, eligibility criteria, review methodology, pricing logic, technical functions and output formats.
The Service is provided on an evolving basis, and Influencer Verified does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or compatibility with any third party device, browser, operating environment or platform.
Temporary outages, delays, decreases in performance or operational changes do not constitute a breach of these Terms, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Influencer Verified excludes all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Without limiting the foregoing, Influencer Verified does not warrant that:
a.the Service will always be available, secure or error-free;
b. any publicly sourced information reviewed through the Service will be complete, accurate or current;
c. any Verification Results will meet the expectations of an Applicant, Client, Ally, brand, agency or third party; or
d. the Service will detect, predict, prevent or eliminate all future risks, misconduct, inconsistencies or reputational problems.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Influencer Verified and its affiliates, officers, directors, administrators, employees, contractors, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive or reputational damages, including lost profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, business interruption or damage to goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Influencer Verified’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of the following amounts:
a. the total amount actually paid by you to Influencer Verified for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months immediately preceding the liability event; or
b. one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Influencer Verified and its affiliates, officers, directors, directors, employees, contractors, licensors and service providers from and against any claims, actions, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
a. your breach of these Terms;
b. your misuse of the Service;
c. your false, misleading, incomplete or unlawful submissions;
d. your infringement of third party rights;
e. your unauthorized submission of third party data or materials; or
f. your fraud, impersonation, tampering or unlawful conduct.
Influencer Verified may revise these Terms from time to time.
We may also modify the Service, including product structure, methodology, flow stages, interface, feature set, pricing, eligibility criteria and technical or operational requirements.
Where required by law or reasonably appropriate, material changes may be notified through the Platform, by email, during checkout or by other appropriate means.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless Influencer Verified elects, in its sole discretion, to require binding arbitration or unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Nothing in these Terms precludes either party from seeking injunctive, urgent or equitable relief from a competent authority when necessary to protect rights, confidential information, platform integrity or intellectual property.
If the mandatory law of your jurisdiction grants you unwaivable forum or consumer rights, such rights shall remain unaffected to the extent required by law.
You agree that Influencer Verified may send you notices, disclosures, reminders, support messages, service updates, interview scheduling communications, billing notices, legal notices and other communications by electronic means, including:
a. e-mail;
b. notification on the platform;
c. message on the dashboard; or
d. posting through the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date and for reviewing the email and account you use in connection with the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The failure of Influencer Verified to exercise any right against a breach shall not be construed as a waiver with respect to prior or subsequent breaches.
You may not assign, transfer, delegate or sublicense your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Influencer Verified may assign or transfer these Terms and any related rights or obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, financing or sale of assets.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and any package-specific terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Influencer Verified with respect to the Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings on the same subject matter.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any package specific terms issued by Influencer Verified, the package specific terms shall prevail only to the extent of the conflict and only with respect to such package or offer.
