<\/span>1.2.<\/b> You give your consent for RealFluencers and\/or external providers to perform database queries for the verification of your background (judicial, administrative, fiscal, etc.) and fingerprint analysis.<\/span><\/p>

2. Data Use and Verification<\/b><\/h4>

2.1.<\/b> You confirm that all information provided is accurate, truthful and belongs to you.<\/span>
<\/span>2.2.<\/b> You declare that all academic and professional achievements entered are authentic, have been achieved by you and are not misrepresented, authorizing such information to be verified and confirmed.<\/span>
<\/span>2.3.<\/b> You agree that the information you provide may eventually be published and\/or disclosed through rankings, profiles or promotional material.<\/span>
<\/span>2.4.<\/b> You agree that your data may be shared with affiliated agencies, partners or authorized channels to promote relevant professional opportunities.<\/span><\/p>

3. Use of Third Party Services<\/b><\/h4>

3.1.<\/b> You acknowledge that RealFluencers may use third-party platforms and services to process your data, perform verifications or enhance the verification process.<\/span><\/p>

4. Disclaimer of Liability<\/b><\/h4>

4.1.<\/b> While RealFluencers strives to ensure the accuracy, fairness and reliability of the verification process, we do not guarantee that earning the Verified badge will result in specific career opportunities or that verified influencers are superior to others.<\/span>
<\/span>4.2.<\/b> RealFluencers is not responsible for decisions made by brands, agencies or third parties based on the Verified badge or information provided during the verification process.<\/span>
<\/span>4.3.<\/b> You acknowledge that, although RealFluencers performs background checks, these may not always be timely and\/or accurate due to external factors beyond our control.<\/span>
<\/span>4.4.<\/b> RealFluencers is not responsible for malicious actions, fraud or misconduct of verified persons or third parties.<\/span><\/p>

5. Verification Decision<\/b><\/h4>

5.1.<\/b> You acknowledge that the decision to grant or deny the Verified badge is at the sole discretion of RealFluencers.<\/span>
